Frequently Asked Questions

Before booking a session or program, it’s natural to have questions. Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common ones people ask. Each session is designed to be simple, safe, and supportive — so you don’t need any prior experience. If your question isn’t listed here, please feel free to reach out through the Contact page — I’d be happy to help.

What can I expect in a session?

Each session is gentle, supportive, and tailored to your needs. Depending on the service, it may include guided reflection, journaling, tapping practices, or a calming energy treatment. You’ll be guided step-by-step, so you don’t need prior experience.

Are sessions online or in person?

All sessions and programs are currently offered online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Have a notebook and pen handy for any journaling prompts, and water nearby to stay hydrated.

What is the difference between the Reconnect Program and a 1:1 Emotional Reset Session?

  • The Reconnect Program is a 5-week journey through the Five Selves framework, with group or individual options.

  • The Emotional Reset Session is a single, personalised session focused on releasing one specific emotional block.

What if I feel emotional during or after a session?

It’s natural for emotions to surface as you release stress or old patterns. This is part of the process. You’ll be supported gently during the session, and you’ll receive aftercare suggestions to help you integrate calmly afterwards.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Refunds are not available once a session has taken place.

Can I do the program if I’ve never tried this type of work before?

Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Each step is explained clearly and is simple to follow.

Is this medical or psychological treatment?

No. All services and programs are complementary and designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
