Helping people reconnect with themselves has been the thread running through my life for more than two decades.

I’m someone who believes people already hold more strength, wisdom and resilience than they often realise. Sometimes all that’s needed is a moment of curiosity, a different perspective, or someone to gently walk beside them as they rediscover what was there all along.

I believe lasting change often begins with a single question…

Why not?

Why not pause?

Why not see things differently?

Why not become open to a different possibility?

That simple question became the inspiration behind my first published book, and it continues to shape everything I do today.

Over the past 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life through self-discovery, meaningful conversations, individual and group programs, energy-based wellbeing, workshops, mentoring and teaching.

Along the way I’ve become a Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, EFT and Meditation Practitioner, author of Why? Why Not? and creator of the Intuitive Guidance Card Deck.

While the tools have evolved over the years, my purpose hasn’t.

It has always been to help people help themselves.

Essence Renewal© grew from the knowledge and experience I’ve gathered over more than two decades of working with people, teaching and training across energy work, meditation, EFT, breathwork and other wellbeing practices.

Over time, I began bringing different elements of those practices together in my own way — combining energetic practices with practical tools and supportive guidance.

The result became Essence Renewal©.

Whether you come to me for a single session or choose to work more deeply through an Essence Renewal© program, my hope is that you leave feeling calmer, clearer, more confident and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Because at the heart of my work is something very simple.
